Unfortunately we have made the difficult decision to CLOSE our retail store for at least the coming season. It was an uphill battle to find a new location in Summit County that would work for us, and in the end we failed. We hope to keep the YouTube work going and see where that takes us, and we may try to revisit the retail side in the future. SHIPPING

All orders over $100 ship free anywhere in the USA. Returns are NOT subject to a restocking fee, although they may be subject to freight costs in some instances. 

Some of our inventory ships from our warehouse, some of it ships directly from the manufacturer. There will be cases where it is necessary to fulfill orders using multiple shipments. When this happens, you will receive multiple shipment and tracking notifications for your packages.

If receiving multiple shipments is a problem, please contact us using one of the methods listed on the Contact page and we will do everything in our power to assist you. Ordering products from multiple brands increases the likelihood of this occurring. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are doing our best to grow as a business, and meeting growth goals will allow us to cut down on these occurrences dramatically in the future. 

RETURNS

All goods are subject to a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive for any reason, please contact us to arrange a return of that product in LIKE NEW and UNUSED condition within 30 days of receipt. 

Skis that have been drilled, or bindings that have obviously been mounted and used are no longer considered to be in LIKE NEW and UNUSED condition, and will not be accepted on a "no questions asked" basis. Please inspect these items for any major defects prior to mounting. Any skis or bindings that are mounted within the 30-day window in such a way that permanent alterations are made (such as drilling holes) immediately become the sole responsibility of the buyer, and may only be returned for refund or replacement subject to the warranty conditions of the manufacturer. Typically such warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer directly, but please contact us in the event that you have discovered what you believe to be a manufacturer defect or other warranty claim after you have begun using a ski or binding. In these instances we will be happy to assist you in communicating with the manufacturer. 

We DO NOT currently ship to international destinations outside of the USA. We intend to expand to international shipping as soon as possible.
